Adobe Creative Cloud

Full-time Employees

All full-time university employees are automatically granted access to an Adobe Creative Cloud account associated with their netid@byu.edu. Please click here to download Adobe Creative Cloud.

Part-time and student employees

Part-time and student employees may be granted access to an Adobe Creative Cloud account if their current position requires it. To get access please have the employee fill out the request form.
Once they submit the request form an email will be sent to their direct supervisor for approval. It can take up to 24 hours for the account to be generated. The account holder will be sent an email when the account has been created

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop installer(https://adobe.byu.edu/adobe-cc-download)).
  2. Run the Installer.
  3. Login to the Creative Cloud Desktop app with their NetID@byu.edu and password.
  4. Open the Creative Cloud Desktop app to install any of the desired Adobe apps.

Note: Adobe CC can only be installed on two computers at a time

Troubleshooting

“You don't have access to manage apps”

Mac: This error can be resolved by running the following package: Mac Adobe Apps-Tab Repair
Windows: This error can be resolved by running the following package: Windows Adobe Apps-Tab Repair

"Something went wrong in Adobe Acrobat"

  1. Uninstall Adobe Acrobat from Adobe Creative Cloud
  2. Download and run the Acrobat Cleaner Tool
  3. Reinstall Adobe Acrobat
